En effet, il a un impact social direct et selon l\u2019action d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il peut avoir un impact environnemental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 impacts de ce type d&rsquo;actions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour le salari\u00e9, il donne du sens et de l\u2019ouverture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour l\u2019entreprise, il fait vivre les valeurs et renforce la coh\u00e9sion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour l\u2019organisme, il optimise le savoir-faire et f\u00e9d\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment \u00e7a fonctionne ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9c\u00e9nat, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, est encadr\u00e9 par la Loi Aillagon instaur\u00e9 en 2002 et revue en 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe deux formes de m\u00e9c\u00e9nat de comp\u00e9tences :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La prestation de service : l\u2019entreprise s\u2019engage pour une mission bien d\u00e9finie, qu\u2019elle r\u00e9alise enti\u00e8rement pour un organisme d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le pr\u00eat de main d\u2019\u0153uvre : l\u2019entreprise s\u2019engage \u00e0 \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 disposition d\u2019un organisme un ou plusieurs salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e et la fr\u00e9quence peuvent \u00e9voluer entre 1\/2 journ\u00e9e \u00e0 un temps plein de 3 ans.
